An engagement is formed only by a signed advisory agreement, trust instrument, custody agreement, or engagement letter.

All services are provided pursuant to written engagement terms — advisory agreements, trust instruments, custody agreements, or service contracts — which specify scope, fees, and responsibilities. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement, the engagement controls.

2.1 Principal Investing

Where the firm invests for its own account — financial contracts, royalties, liens, mortgages, securities, or venture positions — those positions are taken as principal and disclosed as such. Nothing herein constitutes an offer to participate in any such position.

2.2 Investment Counsel

Advisory and planning services are customized to the client and compensated by client-paid fees only. Advice is provided under the applicable advisory agreement and is not a guarantee of outcome.

2.3 Trust & Fund Administration

Trust, estate, fund, and custodial services are performed under the governing instrument or agreement. The office acts in its stated fiduciary or administrative capacity only.

2.4 Securities Services

Transfer, custody, escrow, clearing, and quotation services are performed under the applicable agency agreement and governing rules of the relevant market or instrument.

3. Fees

Fees for services are stated in the applicable engagement — advisory fees, administration fees, custody fees, and service charges. Invoices are payable per the engagement terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of CWE Investment I, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. No other reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading engagement briefs or financial information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to client registers or systems; (d) interfere with the operation of the website; or (e) misrepresent your authority over any account, trust, or position.

Engagements may specify alternative procedures, which control for disputes under them. Nothing in these Terms limits obligations under fiduciary or securities law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
